At Threads of Maroc, each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. As a small business, we operate the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.


Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if an item is received damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible at threadsofmaroc@outlook.com and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the issue and advise on next steps.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The tamper-evident ribbon seal must remain fully intact

If the tamper-evident ribbon has been removed, cut, or altered, the item will not be eligible for exchange.

If 14 days or more have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer an exchange.


Tamper-Evident Ribbon Policy

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items are supplied with a tamper-evident ribbon. This ribbon is designed to allow you to try the garment on without wearing it.

Removal or cutting of the ribbon indicates acceptance of the item and voids eligibility for return or exchange.


How to Request an Exchange or Report a Fault

  • A brief explanation

  • Photos where applicable

We will respond as soon as possible with further instructions.
